Welcome to Serenity Spa Solutions. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person. While we welcome walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed without a scheduled appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment to ensure a full session.

 

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

 

3. Payments

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Serenity Spa Solutions gift certificates. All services must be paid for at the time they are rendered. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

4. Refund Policy

All service sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please let us know and we will make every effort to address your concerns. Unused products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.

 

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or medications that may affect their treatment. Serenity Spa Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s condition poses a health risk to themselves or others.

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a safe and respectful environment for all. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during appointments is used solely for providing spa services and improving your experience. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Serenity Spa Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
