Refund Policy

​At Serenity Spa Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to every client. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

  • Purchases may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day window to be considered.

  • If the refund is requested for any B12 shot program before the first thirty (30) days, there will be a charge of $20.00 per shot that has been received and/or taken, as well as a $100 non-refundable administration fee.

 

I also agree not to divulge copy or otherwise provide any or all of the Serenity Spa Solutions menu or program to any other businesses or individuals. Failure to comply with this agreement can result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Please sign your name below to confirm. 

Non-Refundable Purchases

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase, regardless of usage or circumstances.

  • Services already rendered, partially used packages, or promotional/discounted services are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact us with your purchase details:

  • Proof of purchase may be required

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment
